The juxtaposition of the “old” and “new” provides the main interest in the image. However, because you have contrasted old buildings with new scooters the effect of the contrast or change in the urban landscape is limited. The pedestrians do not contribute much to the image, even though one has a “new” phone. (It might have been better to let the pedestrians move out of the frame.)
